Jennifer Jones, FPQP™

Paraplanner

As our dedicated Paraplanner, Jennifer brings over a decade of financial experience to our service team. In joining Heritage Financial, her career has come full circle through many different industries. As a young Navy wife, she entered the professional world while working as a temporary receptionist for Kelly Services, Inc. She even ventured into the classroom as a preschool teacher for sixteen years as a way to spend more time with her growing family. After a major life change put her back into the business world in 2009, she earned her Series 7, 63 and 65 financial licenses and finally found a profession that allows her to incorporate her many life experiences into one package.

Jennifer prides herself in viewing each client as a member of her family and thrives on being the person who has the answers. She is a completionist dedicated to seeing every task, no matter how big or small, through to the end. Jennifer’s driving force in providing exceptional client service hits close to home: she strives to deliver the same expertise and guidance that she would want for her own mother. 

Jennifer lives in the Shenandoah Valley with her husband, niece, and their many animals. Outside of the office, she can be found working on her farm doing any number of tasks from taking care of the chickens to prepping her many gardens for the next growing season. For fun, Jennifer participates in living history demonstrations, teaching domestic skills of different eras in American life. Sewing and quilting, and completing at least one home improvement project every winter in her 140 year-old farmhouse also bring great joy to her life.
